What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily operations of a residential property Managing tenant relations with professionalism and urgency Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor services Ensuring compliance with property policies and procedures Handling administrative duties including reports, documentation, and communication Bringing solutions to challenges and improving operational flow ✅

What We're Looking For:

Previous Property Management experience is required Someone confident, dependable, and ready to take initiative Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle challenges with a problem‑solving mindset Open to a temp‑to‑perm opportunity if it's a great mutual fit 💰 What's in It for
