This role will be responsible for tenant relations, property operations, vendor management, budgeting, and overall property performance across office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use assets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, excellent tenant communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced commercial property management environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of commercial properties Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership groups Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while ensuring a high level of customer service Coordinate maintenance requests, property inspections, and vendor performance Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and certificates of insurance Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure assets are maintained to company standards Assist with preparation and oversight of operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and expense tracking Review invoices, approve expenses, and partner with accounting teams on financial reporting and collections Support lease administration, tenant move-ins/move-outs, and tenant improvement projects Coordinate capital projects and property improvement initiatives Prepare ownership reports, operational updates, and budget variance explanations Utilize AppFolio and Building Engines to manage work orders, tenant communication, reporting, and operational tracking Ensure compliance with property policies, safety standards, and lease obligations What You'll Bring 3+ years of commercial property management experience Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use commercial properties Strong tenant relations and vendor management experience Knowledge of budgeting, expense management, and property operations Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with AppFolio, Building Engines, or similar property management platforms preferred Preferred Experience Exposure to CAM reconciliations and commercial lease administration Experience working directly with ownership groups or asset managers Vendor contract negotiation and facilities coordination experience Commercial real estate certifications such as CPM or RPA are a plus
