Tasked with designing andimplementing marketing strategies that will achieve and maintain occupancy and revenueobjectives, our Leasing Managers are essential to a community's success.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Hire, train, coach, counsel and manage a successful leasing team Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, andvendors Oversee leasing process from first point of contact to move-in, ensuring internalquality control standards are maintained Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closingratios and achieve budgetary goals Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality Oversee all aspects of community marketing and advertising efforts Assist with preparation of annual budget and community plans Ensure purchase order process is completed according to internal quality controlstandards Stay abreast of industry trends Contribute to community and company engagement efforts Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

Strong sales aptitude with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to project an outgoing personality Outstanding customer service skills Ability to maintain adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment High-level critical thinking skills Strong organizational capability High level of written and oral communication skills Ability to keep accurate and neat records Knowledge of current applicable laws Proficiency with Microsoft Office High school diploma Two years of experience in property management or similar high-volume sales, marketing, or real estate environment Experience with Yardi products a plus
