Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and dynamic Leasing Manager to join our team at Belcrest Plaza Apartments in Hyattsville, MD. The ideal candidate will supervise and motivate an on-site marketing team. This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.
Your Responsibilities:
Management of Leasing Operations. Ensures daily inspection of community and apartments to ensure marketing readiness, curb appeal, favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives, and public recognition. Oversees and trains leasing staff on the functions necessary to close the sale, including setting appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and any follow-up necessary. Ensure that the leasing/marketing sales process is followed. Review and make recommendations for advertising, including print, digital, and social media. Ensures the regular completion of market surveys and outreach programs such as open houses. Develops and implements procedures and programs to retain residents while maintaining revenue. Ensures that leasing staff places customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one priority.
