Job Summary The role of a successful Property Manager at Pelican is for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional customer service Knowledge of the organization, function, and role of HOAs, Condominiums, and Cooperatives Knowledge of the Maryland Condominium Act, the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, and all other pertinent laws Innovative, problem-solving attitude Detail-oriented and organized Effective time management skills Strong business, marketing, and management sense Excellent communication, both written and verbal Proficient with technology College degree preferred CMCA certification or commitment to obtain Responsibilities And Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned communities Prepare packages, mailings, and materials for Board meetings and annual elections Prepare and send correspondence to homeowners and vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors and management Respond to calls and emails from Board members and homeowners requesting information Handle record keeping and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Process Architectural applications for various communities. Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations, and general legal requirements of a community association Assist with the daily implementation of the annual budget, perform general financial management and record-keeping Assist with communication between community business partners Participate in continuing education and professional development
Physical Requirements:
