Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week in office.

What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate financial records Use Appfolio as our main software Handle daily bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR, data entry, reconciliations) Assist with reporting and basic financial organization Support the team with administrative and accounting needs

What We're Looking For:

Extremely organized and reliable Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems Comfortable with technology, including cloud-based tools Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, organization) Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
