As a Leasing Specialist , you'll be a vital part of the Moceri legacy, serving as the welcoming face of our communities. You'll guide prospective residents through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your role is key to maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering the strong sense of community that defines Moceri neighborhoods.

What You'll Do:

Greet prospects, answer inquiries, provide exceptional service. Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting unique features. Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring accuracy. Build relationships with leads, secure lease agreements. Maintain property knowledge (features, pricing, availability, market). Contribute to marketing efforts and resident events. Provide prompt and professional resident support. Maintain accurate leasing records. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

HS diploma/GED; some college preferred but not required. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. This team-oriented role requires a flexible schedule with rotating weekend coverage and involvement in resident and community events. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Familiarity with property management software (plus). Positive attitude and passion for helping people. Reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

Real Estate Salesperson License required within 90 days of hire, 100% reimbursement upon licensure

Compensation Package Includes:

Hourly Foundation:

$18.00 per hour

Team-Based Commissions:

$50.00 per Successful Lease Renewal $125.00 per

New Lease and Move-In Estimated Annual Income Potential:
