Leasing Specialist & Assistant Community Manager Location:
Dearborn, Michigan Employment Type:
Full-Time Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000+ (Performance-based with a base draw)
Objective:
Rapid portfolio lease-up and high-occupancy maintenance. The Opportunity We are looking for more than just an employee; we are looking for a committed partner in our growth. As we "reset" our units, your primary mission is to drive results through aggressive leasing and creative marketing. For a high-performer who proves their value and commitment, this role offers significant growth potential within the company and the opportunity for on-site residency following a successful review period. Primary Responsibilities (Results-Driven)
High-Conversion Leasing:
Own the entire sales cycle. Host weekend open houses and provide on-call showings. Success is measured by one metric: signed leases.
Aggressive Marketing Execution:
Social Media:
Daily/frequent high-quality posts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to generate inbound leads.
Direct Outreach:
Proactively market to local businesses, major Dearborn employers, and the local real estate agent network.
Strategic Brainstorming:
Work directly with ownership to develop and immediately execute marketing tactics—from physical signage and flyers to digital ad campaigns.
Operational Accountability:
Partner with management to identify late payments and ensure the financial health of the community.
Short-Term Rental Setup:
Execute the logistics and marketing for short-term rental units to maximize revenue.
Janitorial / Maintenance
- oversight over the current staff to ensure units are being done to your satisfaction as you need to lease them up

You don't just "show" apartments; you close deals. You are motivated by hitting targets and maximizing your commission.
Versatile & Fast:
You can pivot from designing a flyer to answering a TikTok DM to hosting an open house in the same afternoon.

Available:
You understand that real estate happens outside of a 9-to-5 window. You are available for evenings and weekends when potential tenants are actually searching.
Qualifications Real Estate License:
Having an active license is highly helpful and a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has the talent and drive to execute.
Social Media Savvy:
Ability to use IG, TikTok, and FB as business tools to generate actual revenue.
Execution Power:
A "self-starter" who is smart, versatile, and able to take a task from a brainstorm to full execution without hand-holding.
