$18-$22 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills Administrative proficiency (computers, customer service, filing, organization) Desire to learn and grow in property management Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a leasing assistant and an understanding of Fair Housing standards.
SCHEDULE
: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position from 9 AM to 5 PM, primarily supporting properties in southern Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit areas. Keep reading to learn more about what your day entails!
WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER - PROPERTY LEASING ASSISTANT
In this role, you'll assist leasing operations across several apartment communities by answering inquiries, guiding prospective residents on tours, supporting applications and lease paperwork, and coordinating move-ins. You'll also assist site managers with administrative needs. Your days will balance resident interaction and organizational support, giving you wide exposure to leasing operations without managing the process independently.
