Neuro Rehabilitation Residential Program Nurse Manager

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Centered Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Neuro Rehab Nursing Manager to lead clinical coordination and elevate the quality of care for individuals in our Neuro Rehabilitation Residential Program (NRRP). This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment, values autonomy, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes. What You'll Do As a Neuro Rehab Nursing Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing medical coordination, medication management, and interdisciplinary communication across multiple residential settings. Clinical & Medication Oversight Manage all aspects of medication administration and compliance Conduct monthly medication cart audits and reconciliations Review, update, and maintain accurate medication orders Oversee QuickMAR system updates and approvals Coordinate with pharmacies to verify and reconcile medication deliveries Care Coordination Attend medical appointments requiring nursing oversight Follow up on appointments, test results, and treatment plans Communicate with providers regarding refills, concerns, and new orders Ensure all physician orders and scripts are properly documented Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Neuro rehab techs, House Managers, and the Director of Nursing Serve as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and internal teams Coordinate scheduling of medical tests, procedures, and services Quality & Compliance Monitor and report incidents, including falls or behavioral concerns Lead monthly staff trainings and in-services Ensure compliance with CARF, Joint Commission, and State of Michigan standards Support quality improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness Leadership & Support Assist with onboarding and training of new staff Help maintain compliance with employee file requirements Step in to support operations as needed, including occasional shift coverage What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Company-provided laptop and phone Meaningful, mission-driven work Supportive and collaborative leadership team Opportunity to grow within a specialized neuro rehab program What We're Looking For Active LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with medication management and care coordination Ability to work independently and across multiple locations Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach • Minimum one-year clinical experience in acute-care setting. Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
