Full Job Description NOTE:

This is a 1099 contract position. ```Duties```

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning checks, handle new move ins, scanning mail, delivering mail to correct departments, ect.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant information
• Assist with property leasing activities including providing new tenants with keys and move in packets.
• Drop off checks to prospective cities (building departments, ect)
• Complete quality control checks at vacant properties. Complete detailed reports for each assessment.
• Meet inspectors for rental renewals
• Complete move in walk throughs
• Support property managers in preparing reports, budgets, and other documents ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
• Must have own vehicle
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., OneSite) is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
