Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property value.
  • Duties:
  • Assist in managing all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing to maintenance requests
  • Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks such as lease preparation and rent collection
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
  • Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
  • Experience:
  • The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program
  • Knowledge of Section 8 housing program
  • Legal administrative knowledge related to property management
  • Familiarity with Yardi
  • Understanding of property maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Strong customer service skills
