Assistant Property Manager - Self Storage (Independent Role + Bonuses!)

Core Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Build supportive, trusting relationships with clients. Be the calming presence they need by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive occupancy rates using proven sales strategies and innovative marketing approaches. Help customers choose the best storage options for their needs.
Operational Excellence:
Manage the property efficiently by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, and overseeing office administration tasks like reporting and record-keeping.
Policy Enforcement:
Uphold and enforce company policies to maintain a consistent and exceptional client experience.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with the management team to share updates, resolve issues, and contribute to company goals.
Facility Management:
Oversee the upkeep of the facility, including inspections and vendor coordination, to ensure the property is always in top condition.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to empathize. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Sales experience and a results-driven mindset. Tech-savvy and proficient in computer applications (experience with storage management software is a plus). Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience).
Expected Hours:
