Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Property Management Administrative Compliance Specialist, where your expertise will ensure that property operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. This vital role involves managing site compliance with housing assistance programs such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, as well as other administrative duties in a multi-family property management environment. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC requirements, and other housing assistance programs. Assist in reviewing property resident applications to verify compliance with all applicable laws and policies. Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement strategies for meeting regulatory standards and resolving compliance issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation related to tenant files, lease agreements, and compliance reports. Perform other administrative duties supporting executive management. Experience Documented site compliance experience in multi-family affordable property management. Working knowledge of LIHTC compliance, Section 8 policies, and housing assistance programs. Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to handle complex situations professionally and effectively. Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office products. Previous administrative office experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in property management compliance and stabilization. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
