We are looking for a Property Manager with experience leasing up newer construction Apartment homes. The position works closely with the maintenance team to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. To be considered for an immediate interview, we are looking for a candidate that has experience with . Possess time-management skills Be able to follow procedure and instruction Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work Ensure proper calculation of income, assets and rent levels Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team-oriented Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy Assist with other tasks as needed Must be organized Must be proficient with computers minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Leasing Consultant. Experience at managing people is a plus Training/managing on-site staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills Ability to collect rents and small balances in a timely manner Promote resident activities Must have an outgoing personality Word Excel and basic computer skills Collection and delinquency control Budget awareness
