Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Handles and assists with lease renewals Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention Yardi experience is preferred Ability to pass a soft credit review

Compensation and Benefits Available:

Up to $23.00 an hour Incredible Commission potential!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Dayshift hours. One Saturday a month is required from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
