- Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager for our 156 unit thriving apartment community. Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional resident satisfaction
- Manage Leasing processes, from showings to move-in
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
- Coordinate maintenance and improvement projects to enhance property value
- Foster a positive community atmosphere through events and resident engagement Skills
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Experience in Property management administrative tasks
- Ability to maintain organized files and records
- Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs is mandatory
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent administrative capabilities
- Customer service-oriented with good phone etiquette
