Lansing, MI & Surrounding Areas (St. Johns, Charlotte, Grand Ledge, Okemos)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00

PM Hours:

15 hours/week guaranteed (opportunity to grow up to 30 hours/week)

Pay:

• Work with a team that values respect, reliability, and teamwork What You'll Do Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings Train and support team members to maintain quality standards Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Willing to travel between multiple job sites (paid drive time provided) At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (required) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using a mobile app for job tracking and reporting Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers Willing to follow sterile cleaning protocols (PPE and scrubs provided) Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone in commercial cleaning who's ready to take the next step into leadership.
