Legacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 414-unit cooperative community in Lansing, Michigan. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional resident satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain compliance, and deliver high-quality service. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of property management experience required; direct Property Manager experience preferred Experience with cooperative housing is preferred Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Working knowledge of budgeting, receivables, and payables Familiarity with Fair Housing laws required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with Yardi preferred Current Real Estate License preferred; otherwise, candidates must be willing to obtain licensure and initiate the process following 3 months of employment.
