We strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our owners and tenants while building strong systems, clear communication, and accountability across our team. Our goal is to continue creating a positive, trusted name in the property management industry through professionalism, responsiveness, and results. Position Overview We are seeking a problem-solving, organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tenants, vendors, and property owners effectively. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of their portfolio, from vacancy through tenancy, and plays an active role in helping properties lease efficiently. Responsibilities Manage tenant relations, including vacancies, lease enforcement, and renewals Assist owners with pricing guidance, market feedback, and recommendations to help lease properties quickly Oversee the financial performance of assigned properties, including vacancy management Respond to tenant requests and coordinate maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team Handle rent-related issues, notices, and support eviction processes in coordination with the eviction team Communicate regularly with property owners regarding property status, issues, and performance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management software Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and operations teams Experience Previous property management experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through Comfortable handling difficult or sensitive conversations professionally Proficient with technology and property management systems Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities at once
