Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents while maximizing occupancy rates. Your expertise in property management, legal compliance, and customer service will drive success in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and passionate about creating positive resident relationships and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms to secure qualified tenants. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Utilize Yardi, OneSite, and other property management software to maintain accurate data entry, leasing records, and tenant files. Collaborate with legal teams to prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation while maintaining legal administrative accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly via phone or in person, resolving conflicts effectively, and upselling additional property amenities or services. Oversee property maintenance coordination to ensure units are move-in ready and meet quality standards. Maintain organized filing systems for leasing documents, legal paperwork, and compliance records; support facilities management tasks as needed. Conduct regular market research to stay competitive in leasing strategies; participate in sales initiatives to attract new tenants. Uphold landlord-tenant law standards by managing disputes professionally and ensuring adherence to all Fair Housing regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on leasing activities. Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and contracts management. Proficiency with Yardi, OneSite, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other property management tools. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; adept at conflict management and negotiation. Office experience with data entry, filing systems, and legal administrative procedures; familiarity with facilities management is a plus. Demonstrated ability to upsell services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and revenue generation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Join us as a Leasing Manager where your energy fuels our success!
