Key Responsibilities:

Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Help manage rent collections, paperwork, and resident files Support the Property Manager with daily operations and reporting Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention Yardi experience is preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a soft credit review Do you know about Monarch's long term retention benefits!?
