Based in Saline, MI, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and person-centered Property Manager to lead our local operations. The Role As our Property Manager, you will be the "face" of our communities. You'll balance the administrative side of the business with the hands-on reality of property oversight. From leasing and tenant relations to coordinating maintenance and ensuring the grounds look their best, you'll ensure that AMK Properties remains a premier choice in the area.

Key Responsibilities Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for residents; handle inquiries, lease renewals, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

Leasing & Marketing:

Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.

Operations & Maintenance:

Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure repairs are completed timely and units are ready for move-in.

Financial Oversight:

Oversee rent collection, manage property budgets, and provide regular financial reporting.

Property Inspections:

Perform regular walk-throughs to ensure the physical integrity and aesthetic standards of our properties are met.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should feel comfortable talking to anyone.

Organization:

The ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and personalities without breaking a sweat.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Saline/Washtenaw County area is a major plus.

Reliability:
