Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Apartment Manager to lead our residential community with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident experiences, and maintain the property's overall integrity. Your proactive approach, combined with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service, will drive the success of our community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant property while fostering positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and repairs. Process, approve, and forward invoices in a timely manner to the Corporate Office; keep track of all expenses and receipts. Using a purchase order system for approval of vendor/contractor work and supplies Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with property rules and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, rent payments, and maintenance requests using property management software Prepare and distribute notices to tenants regarding lease renewals, rent increases, or other relevant information. Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, late fees, etc. Organizing, managing and maintaining a professional office environment Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within State and landlord laws and attend court proceedings as required. Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff to ensure deadlines are met. Administer discipline with proper documentation. Demonstrate leadership in corporate attitude, communication skills, and professional appearance. Exemplify adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain employees' files, timesheets, and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits. Build relationships with residents and respond to all needs. The ideal candidate
MUST:
Work well in a team environment Have previous experience as a Residential Manager Pay strong attention to detail Have skills in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office and be willing to learn Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Be highly organized and detail oriented Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously On call on evenings and weekends for emergencies Join us in creating vibrant communities where residents feel valued and supported! This is a paid position that offers the chance to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact in our residents' lives. Pay is determined based on experience and if an apartment is needed. All health insurance offerings are paid for by employees through payroll deductions. We offer to pay a portion of medical insurance for apartment managers. There is a 90 day waiting period before benefits will begin.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
