Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Residential Permitting Specialist Our growing company is seeking an experienced Residential Permitting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the residential permitting process, is highly service-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, complete, and submit residential permit applications to local municipalities Track and manage permit status to ensure timely approvals Print, organize, and assemble complete permit packages Submit permit packages via online portals, mail, or in person when required Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and revisions Ensure permit fees are processed promptly and all applications reflect current project changes Communicate effectively with municipal offices, project managers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential construction permitting (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented If you are organized, dependable, and take ownership of your work, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
