DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat01:00 PM - 11:30PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Support retail operations by assisting with access control, closing procedures, crowd management, and/or other assigned security-related duties as needed.Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
