Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that our residential properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Maintain all TCCPC properties, which include the residential building and the Day Reporting Center; ensure that all grounds are kept in a respectable manner. Maintain all equipment for use with residential building and Day Reporting Center. Responsible for supervising, monitoring all building and /or maintenance projects. At the beginning of each shift, perform a facility check to ensure minimum standards are met and general maintenance is performed. Maintain files on equipment warranties, manuals etc. Monitor, maintain and fill all vending machines Liaison for building and security equipment
