ROLES WE HIRE FOR

Property Manager On-site leadership managing day-to-day operations, resident relations, compliance, and financials for a single property Maintenance Technician Skilled trades professionals handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turns across residential properties Regional Manager Portfolio-level oversight of multiple properties — compliance, performance, team development, and owner reporting Construction / Capital Projects Project management for renovations, rehabs, and capital improvement projects across the portfolio Corporate / Administrative Accounting, HR, compliance, asset management, and administrative support roles at our corporate office

✓ A genuine commitment to serving residents — our communities are people's homes, not just units ✓Experience in property management, affordable housing, construction, or a related field (preferred but not always required) ✓Reliability and follow-through — we operate 7 days a week and our residents depend on us ✓Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with residents, vendors, and the internal team ✓Comfort working independently and managing priorities without constant supervision ✓Familiarity with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) is a significant plus ✓A positive, team-first attitude — our properties work best when the people running them support each other
