What You'll Do Welcome and assist residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors Process applications, leases, payments, and resident correspondence Maintain accurate resident files and records Coordinate work orders and communicate with maintenance staff Assist with collections, notices, delinquency management, and legal process Support marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives Help create a positive experience for current and future residents Support the daily operations of a thriving manufactured housing community What We're Looking For Previous property management, leasing, housing, customer service, collections, or office administration experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in difficult situations, including collections and past-due account discussions Comfortable having respectful but direct conversations regarding lease compliance, payments, and resident responsibilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with general computer systems Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the organization What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off and holidays Health benefits 401(k) with company match Bonus opportunities Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Join Us?
