In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, leasing, and financial management of commercial properties. Your proactive approach will help maximize property value, foster positive tenant relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about property management and customer service to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and facilities management to ensure optimal condition and safety standards. Oversee lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and lease agreements. Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Yardi or Entrata; handle data entry, filing, and reporting. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 housing requirements, and other legal standards. Facilitate communication between tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular financial analysis, rent collection, and budgeting to maximize revenue streams while controlling expenses. Support marketing efforts through upselling available spaces and fostering strong customer relationships to attract new tenants. Skills Attention to detail and must be very organized Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or Entrata; strong data entry and administrative skills. Legal administrative experience related to lease agreements, contracts, and landlord-tenant law. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively. Strong negotiation abilities for lease renewals and contract agreements; adept at upselling opportunities. Experience in property leasing, facilities management, and property maintenance coordination. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Office experience including phone etiquette, filing systems, and general administrative support. Real estate license is a bonus but not required.
