The team is looking for a proven leader that is customer service focused, organized, developmental, self-driven, passionate and transparent. Responsibilities Prioritizing and completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion Personnel supervision Capital Project Management Monitoring expenditures Keeping the community clean and well maintained Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner Prepare apartment homes for rent Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Management Ability to work on-call hours Requirements Previous experience (2 years) in a supervisor position in apartment industry Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks EPA Certification Required Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening Must have your own general tools Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently Must be a proven leader and team player Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
