Job Description Diverge, LLC is a dynamic and growing property management company committed to delivering exceptional living experiences for residents. This position is designed to provide well-rounded, real-world experience in residential property management within a newly opening mixed-use community. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, support lease-up efforts, help uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and contribute to ongoing maintenance needs. You will work closely with the Operations team to support the success of property operations, leasing, cleaning, and maintenance functions. Flexibility and responsiveness will be essential as you help meet the evolving needs of a newly opening property. Responsibilities Perform leasing activities, including conducting tours and supporting application workflows as directed Communicate professionally and promptly with prospective and current residents Deliver excellent customer service while fostering positive resident relationships Maintain a strong understanding of community policies, procedures, and fees to effectively support resident communication Utilize AppFolio property management software to maintain accurate records and track activity Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces in accordance with company protocols and safety standards Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain common areas and hallways to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Complete unit turns, including deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces Take ownership of unit readiness and contribute to a positive move-in experience Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs Assist in identifying, documenting, and reporting maintenance issues Complete work orders and respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinate vendor access and service appointments as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies in an organized manner Support property inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

Required Physical Requirements:
