Workforce Family Townhome Developments/Public Housing:
- Riverview Ridge, Eagan
- Pleasant Drive, Hastings (Public Housing)
- Biscayne, Rosemount (Public Housing) These positions have a starting pay of $15.
Recruitment Type:
Positions are open until filled. This is an on-site position. You must be a current resident at the development or eligible to be a resident of the Workforce Townhome/Public Housing Program. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas and monitoring the townhome site. Site Attendant will be responsible for monitoring tenant activities and enforcing Dakota County Community Development Agency policies. Selection Process- Submit online application.

- Top scoring candidates are referred to the hiring manager for interview consideration
- Interviews are conducted. If applicant is not a current CDA resident, Property Management staff will screen for program eligibility.
- Before hiring, background and reference checks are conducted.
Minimum required:
Must live on-site. Ability to perform physical tasks necessary for maintenance of grounds. Ability to evaluate maintenance problems and take appropriate action. Ability to handle resident issues and keep Property Manager informed; good verbal communication skills.
