As a Residential Program Manager overseeing two Residential Homes , you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional, personalized care and support. Required qualifications of a Designated Coordinator, including: A bachelor's (BA) degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1 to 3 above Must possess effective listening skills and strong overall social and communication skills Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background clearance Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally A bachelor's (BA) degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1 to 3 above Benefits provided to Full-Time Employees (35+ hours/week) 7
