About the
Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family community. In this role, you will lead onsite staff, manage financial performance, and ensure the property operates in compliance with all policies and regulations—while delivering an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities ✅ Financial & Operational Management Assist in developing and managing the property's annual budget by analyzing financial reports and market trends Achieve revenue goals by setting rental rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports Monitor expenses and ensure operations remain within approved budget guidelines Approve and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper account coding ✅ Leasing & Compliance Manage the full leasing cycle, including application approvals, renewals, and lease enforcement Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all applicable housing laws Conduct apartment inspections and enforce lease terms, including notices and rent collections ✅ Resident Experience Promote high resident satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns Partner with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed efficiently and to company standards Help drive resident retention through strong service and community engagement ✅ Marketing & Occupancy Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals Monitor local competition and adjust pricing and promotions as needed ✅ Property & Asset Management Perform regular inspections to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal Ensure all property amenities and common areas meet company expectations ✅ Team Leadership Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff Provide coaching, performance management, and development opportunities Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment ✅ Owner & Stakeholder Relations Support client/owner relationships by providing updates, reports, and property tours Respond to owner inquiries and ensure transparency in property performance ✅ Reporting & Administration Complete required financial, operational, and administrative reports Support additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in property management (multi-family preferred) Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, and financial management Familiarity with Fair Housing and applicable regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us? $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
