Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Property Manager and take charge of overseeing residential property operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will manage leasing activities, ensure property maintenance, uphold legal compliance, and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors. Your proactive approach will drive occupancy rates, enhance resident satisfaction, and maintain the property's overall excellence. We are looking for a motivated professional ready to lead with energy and precision in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth functioning. Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service aligned with Fair Housing regulations. Conduct property inspections, oversee repairs, and coordinate facilities management to maintain high standards of safety and appearance. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, lease administration, and reporting to streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 housing programs, landlord-tenant laws, and other legal requirements. Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and prospective tenants to maximize value and uphold contractual obligations. Lead marketing efforts through upselling amenities or additional services to increase occupancy and revenue streams. Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, lease agreements, and maintenance records while managing office administrative tasks efficiently. Handle conflict management situations tactfully using strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes amicably. Coordinate property maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders and service schedules. Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in customer service, conflict resolution, and negotiation within a real estate or facilities management setting. Experience managing Section 8 or LIHTC housing programs is advantageous. Office experience involving data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support is essential for success in this role. Knowledge of property leasing processes, contracts management, and facilities management practices is required. Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
