  • The Lodge of Taylors Falls is an Assisted Living facility located in a beautiful country setting that is home for up to 24 tenants.
  • Full Time

  • Occasional evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous experience in housing, marketing/sales and occupancy management
  • Previous experience working with the senior population
  • Licensed Assisted Living Director Certificate (LALD), or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • Current valid driver's license required Summary Manages the day-to-day operations of the senior living location, while supporting a positive atmosphere for residents, families, visitors and staff.
Responsible to implement, maintain, and coordinate operations, projects and financial matters within core areas. Job Description Strives to create a supportive community environment in which the residents thrive. Ensures that quality care is provided to all residents. Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment for staff. Creates, reviews and implements policies and procedures necessary to support the housing community. Maintains privacy and confidentiality of all residents, resident records and tenants' living environment. Manages move-in and move-out process. Performs regular grounds and building inspections. Maintains preventative maintenance plan and initiates service orders to ensure prompt and complete resolution to maintenance issues. Meets service obligations related to unit maintenance and reasonable accommodations. Completes yearly analysis of funding requirements for necessary replacement and other capital repair needs. Manages occupancy cycle processes. Maintains occupancy at targeted levels. Responsible for maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, federal, state and local regulations. Recruits, hires, train and staffs work areas appropriately. Plan and maintain written safety and emergency disaster procedures, and communicates to staff and residents. Ensures strong sales, marketing and engagement strategy. Familiar with social and supportive services within the community. Demonstrates excellent leadership, judgment and strategic planning skills. Possesses excellent communication an interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize work effectively and efficiently. Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Degree focus in healthcare management or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, leadership may accept six years of experience. Three years' experience in housing, marketing/sales and occupancy management is required. Prior experience working with the senior population is preferred. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current trends and new developments in the senior living/ housing with services field.
