Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Community and Leasing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with the potential for upward growth!Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and showcase available units Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing documentation, including contracts and files Advertise and market vacancies Assist with marketing efforts for new property launches Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely unit turnover and move-ins Utilize Appfolio or similar software for lease tracking and management Assist in the preparation of legal administrative documents related to leasing agreements Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Plan and execute resident events Assist Property Manager with community upkeep Complete general office work as neededRequirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a real estate or property management setting
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and file management
- Previous rental experience required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Standards
- Familiarity with Appfolio software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
