Position Summary We're seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager to lead all aspects of pre-opening and stabilization at EPC Real Estate Group's newest multifamily community, Oberon, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. And you'll be at the forefront of it. To learn more, visit: oberonkc.com. Responsibilities Act as liaison between EPC, the general contractor, and ownership during construction and turnover. Recruit, train, and lead all on-site team members (leasing and maintenance). Support and execute marketing, advertising, and branding strategies. Oversee leasing efforts from pre-leasing through full occupancy and stabilization. Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance. Collect and post rent, manage delinquencies, and submit reports accurately. Approve vendor invoices and oversee property expenses. Conduct regular inspections and ensure operational readiness. Build early resident relationships with strong communication and elevated community events. Ensure satisfaction through timely responses and service coordination. Implement resident retention programs and brand consistency. Execute creative outreach campaigns and neighborhood partnerships. Propose and adjust revenue strategies with Asset Management. Monitor traffic sources, leasing metrics, and conversion ratios. Requirements 3+ Years in a supervisory or Community Manager role required (Lease-up experience preferred). Strong understanding of multifamily marketing, leasing, and operational best practices. Excellent communication, team-building, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software, and reporting tools. CAM designation or related certification preferred. Must be available for occasional evenings/weekends as needed. Must be able to relocate or work on-site in South Kansas City, MO.
