Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectivesSupervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
High level of involvement with Resident/Landlord RelationsResponsible for accounting and collectionsSupervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.

Perform special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience managing luxury multi-family apartmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSocial Media savvy with creative marketing abilitiesMotivational leaderStrong financial and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysA bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will be considered.
