Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct all property management operations, including resident services, leasing, and maintenance, across a diverse portfolio of residential communities.

Prepare and implement management plans focused on revenue generation and cost control for optimal portfolio performance.

Lead, develop, and motivate leasing and property management teams through ongoing performance management, training, and guidance.

Drive high occupancy and resident retention rates by creating and executing strategic leasing and customer service initiatives.

Foster a sales-oriented culture and ensure superior customer service throughout all resident interactions.

Standardize and continuously improve operational processes by analyzing key performance indicators and service metrics.

Hire, manage, and develop on-site staff to support the seamless execution of company standards and business goals.

Collaborate closely with construction, maintenance, design, and resident success teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Perform additional related duties and assignments as required to support portfolio success.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of progressive property management experience with a proven track record of managing multi-site or large-scale multi-family portfoliosStrong leadership abilities with proven skills in team development, performance management, and coaching.

Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management, revenue enhancement, and cost controls within property management.

Comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing laws and relevant property management regulations.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.

Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and residents.

Accessible outside standard office hours when needed, with flexibility for weekend or emergency coverage.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in real estate, business, or related field.

Prior experience in a Regional role highly preferred.

Experience with Yardi property management software and Elise AI.Background in standardizing operational processes and process improvement initiatives.

Track record in managing multiple projects with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of market trends and conditions in the Kansas City residential real estate sector.
