Property Manager & Caretaker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of our properties and resorts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of hospitality, management, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and staff. This role requires a proactive team approach to management, while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Onsite housing provided- ideal for a couple to share in the roles of caretakers of our properties. Responsibilities Manage property operations Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Guest Relations:

Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering a positive atmosphere. Maintain accurate records Coordinate maintenance requests to ensure timely completion Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships. Proficiency in data entry and office software applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with guests, vendors, and team members.
