Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Community Manager (20-25 hours per week) to join our team and oversee on site operations as we work together in partnership with residents of a local Manufactured Housing Community. As the Community Manager, you will serve as the key connection between our residents and the Regional Manager. In this part-time, onsite role, you'll provide resident support and help maintain a positive living environment. The schedule includes set working hours with increased availability during rent week, offering some flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. Job Duties:
  • Manage overall community operations to include enforcing community guidelines, ensure contractor obligations are upheld and overall cleanliness of the community.
  • Be available by phone to receive reports of any emergencies and dispatch the appropriate party to address the emergency. On site presence is not necessary. (i.e.. Plumber, Electrician, etc.)
  • Present and maintain a professional image on behalf of the company while interacting with residents, applicants, vendors, and government officials.
  • Drive/Walk community weekly to evaluate overall appearance and curb appeal.
  • Monitor progress of maintenance projects and report to Regional Manager.
  • When appropriate, file proper documentation and appear in court on the behalf of the Company regarding evictions.
  • Collect rent payments and make deposits at local bank
  • Enter data into Resident Management system (Rent Manager)
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Customer Service Experience Required
  • Prior property management experience required
