Community Manager

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY

- We are a growing company seeking a full time, enthusiastic, experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations for our family owned and operated manufactured home community located in O'Fallon, MO. This position is ideal for the candidate looking for stable and long-term employment . Applicants with community management, sales and leasing experience are preferred. We offer an extensive training program to facilitate your success as a Community Manager.

Benefits Include:

Base Salary, aggressive commission structure, bonus program and matching 401K program. No medical benefits are provided.

Will be based on the candidate's experience level.

Responsibilities:

The following is intended to cover the majority of the routine daily tasks to be performed - these items include, but are not limited to:

Management:

Execute required delinquency protocol. Execute required rule violation protocol. Ensure that residents adhere to the community rules and regulations. Responsible for oversight and management of the maintenance and home remodeling staff. Physically examine the property on a regular basis. Receive and resolve resident complaints. Fill vacant home sites. Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.

Administrative:

Collection of rent payments. Bank deposits. Record rent payments via property management software. Adhere to all appropriate company policies, including but not limited to use of property management software system, petty cash reports, summary reports and special accounting items. Process invoices for payment. Maintain proper safe storage of resident files and records. Prepared general property correspondence. Prepare and process leases and related forms. Undertake background checks for new residents. Purchase supplies for the community.

Sales:

Show new and used inventory homes for sale, properly interview and follow up with sales prospects. Execute marketing & advertising for homes for sale within the community. Complete required documents for a home sale. Adhere to all state retailer license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines.

Grounds:

Common area maintenance to include grass cutting, community sweeps, street light checks, etc.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

401(k) 401(k) matching Application Question(s): The ideal candidate will have two plus years of multi-family property management experience or sales experience, be capable of following company Policy and Procedure Manuals and possess the willingness to work long hours. Is this you? Why would your previous experience and qualifications make you a good fit to be our on-site Community Manager? Describe, in detail, any sales experience you have previously had. Are you authorized to work in the United State AND available to start within 14-30 days? If asked, can you provide three professional references from previous supervisors?
