As a Community Living Manager, you will ensure that these individuals receive the absolute best support possible. The Community Living Manager is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards. Full-time employment Pay based on individual experience Yearly raise opportunities Job training Comprehensive PTO, retirement, and health benefits package for full-time team members Qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience. Or, without degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
