Property Manager 75-01

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Management of leasing and maintenance staff members. Implementing marketing and leasing programs that will ensure maximum occupancy. Physically walking and inspecting the community on a daily basis. Maintaining minimal delinquent rent through personal contact and follow up. Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders, apartment turns, and maintaining and improving overall property condition. Ensuring resident retention through relationship building and customer service. Maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate must have strong leadership and marketing skills. Must have strong customer service skills. Apartment management experience is required. Applicants must be customer service oriented, proactive, organized and be able to manage and prioritize workload. An outgoing personality, proven reliability and a willingness to learn are a must. Candidates must have strong communication skills. Applicants must be willing to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment. Goal orientated, enthusiastic individuals are desired. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours. Experience with eSite preferred but not required.
