Residential Property Manager

Overview Pioneer Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a 48-unit affordable housing complex in St. Peters, MO. Affordable housing experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Apply today! Job Summary The property manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the assigned LIHTC property.

Reports To:

This role reports to the Regional Manager.

Supervision:

This role oversees the property's personnel (maintenance technician).

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned property
• Maintain all paperwork, ensuring it's up to date and compliant
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet industry required standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with all residents
• Complete lease/contracts with residents in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract new residents
• Maintain resident ledgers with the goal of minimizing past due balances
• Accomplish company set goals and report periodically on performance
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies:

• 2 years' experience as property manager or related role
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management, specifically LIHTC
• Competency in Onesite and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
