Job Description

Seeking part-time employee to assist in property management of long-term, mid-term and short-term rentals located in Springfield and surrounding area. Duties include property and check-in inspections, posting notices, accompanying pest control vendor, delivering laundry and supplies to properties, answering phones in office, taking rent payments, and filing and other clerical work. Great position for someone wanting to learn property management. Clean driving record and reliable transportation required. Standard mileage reimbursement paid.
