This position is ideal for a commercial real estate professional who enjoys both operational property management and business development. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties Serve as primary contact for tenants and property owners Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Prepare budgets, operating reports, and annual plans Conduct property inspections and oversee capital projects Market available space and assist with leasing efforts Develop new brokerage and management opportunities Negotiate leases, renewals, and service agreements Support acquisitions, dispositions, and client relationships Qualifications Mississippi real estate license (Broker preferred) 2+ years of commercial real estate experience Experience with office, retail, and industrial properties Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Compensation Base salary Leasing and brokerage commissions Benefits package Qualified applicants should send a cover letter and resume to .
