Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Regional Property Manager and lead the charge in overseeing multiple residential properties within your designated region. This energetic role demands a proactive approach to property operations, leasing, and tenant relations, ensuring each community thrives under your guidance. You will be the driving force behind maintaining high standards of property management, compliance with housing regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders alike. Your leadership will foster vibrant communities while optimizing operational efficiency across all managed properties. Duties Oversee daily operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements, and Section 8 programs. Develop and implement strategic plans for property leasing, tenant retention, and occupancy growth through effective sales and upselling techniques. Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and data entry using Yardi or OneSite property management software to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial health. Coordinate property maintenance, facilities management, and vendor relationships to uphold high standards of property condition and safety. Lead legal administrative processes including lease agreements, contracts, conflict management, and landlord-tenant law adherence. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly via phone or in person while maintaining professional office etiquette. Conduct regular site inspections, oversee property leasing activities, and ensure all properties meet regulatory standards including Fair Housing laws. Support leasing teams with negotiation strategies, contract review, and upselling amenities or additional services to maximize revenue opportunities. Skills Extensive experience with property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, reporting, and lease administration. Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing policies, landlord-tenant law, and Fair Housing regulations. Proven ability in sales, customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation to foster positive resident relations. Excellent legal administrative skills including contracts management and legal compliance documentation. Office experience with filing systems, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and general administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation. Ability to manage property maintenance operations efficiently while coordinating vendor services and facilities management tasks. Skilled in conflict management strategies to resolve tenant issues amicably while maintaining compliance with legal standards.
